What personal data I collect and why I collect it

 EkayaniMusic is an entertainment site. I provide music videos and merchandise related to my music for purchase. Contact or optin forms operate on a subscription basis. DRIP ecrm is where data is stored. By entering your email address, first name and city we can deliver content to your inbox. In the event of live music tours the location you reside in (city) helps us plan a tour by letting us know where our  fans are.  When purchasing merchandise from our store we collect your address and billing address using ThriveCart so we can ship your orders to you. Payment information is collected by STRIPE the credit card processor. We do not store your credit card information.   EU residents will find a checkbox on forms to provide consent to receive communications from ekayani@ekayanimusic.com  All subscribers and EU residents may opt out of emails at anytime by using the unsubscribe link found in the footer of every email. We don’t want to bother you. Your privacy and peace of mind matter. We never sell or give your email to a third party. We are independent artist ,chief cook and bottle washer.

Contact forms collect your email address, first name and city to subscribe you to an offer or an experience involving our art and music. EU residents are encouraged to check the box granting consent on any optin forms. This is how  we remain GDPR compliant. Let’s work together.
